Step 1: Visit the Fship Website
To begin, open your browser and go to www.fship.in. Once on the homepage, look at the top right corner and click on the “Try for Free” button to initiate the registration process, or simply click here to sign up.
Step 2: Select Your Business Type
In this step, you’ll select the category that best fits your business. Choose from options like Individual Seller, D2C Brand, E-commerce Brand, Marketplace Seller, or others.
This helps us tailor your onboarding experience to suit your business needs. Once selected, you’ll be automatically redirected to the registration form to continue setting up your account.
Step 3: Fill the Registration Form
In step 3, enter your business and contact details accurately in the registration form. Ensure all required fields are filled out before proceeding. Once completed, click on “Register” to move forward.
This will direct you to the onboarding process, which consists of four essential steps to help set up your account and tailor your experience.

Step 4: Complete the Onboarding Process
1. Update Your Company Profile
Click on “Fill Details” and enter information such as your Company Name, Brand Name, Website Link, Email, and GST number (if applicable). You can also upload your business logo for branding purposes.
2. Add Your Pickup Address
Select “Add Address” and fill in your pickup location.
- If this is also your vendor/supplier address, check the box.
- If your Return-to-Origin (RTO) address is different, you can add that too.
You can save multiple addresses and assign nicknames to each for easy identification.
Step 5: KYC Verification
KYC (Know Your Customer) is a four-step process:
Step 1: Choose Your Business Type
- Individual – If you’re selling on platforms like Amazon or Instagram without a legal entity.
- Sole Proprietor – If you’ve registered as a sole proprietor.
- Company – If you’re registered as an LLP, Pvt Ltd, or similar entity under the Companies Act.
Step 2: Upload Photo Identification
To complete your verification, please upload a clear and valid photo ID. Accepted forms of ID include Aadhaar card, Passport, Driving License, or Government-issued Identity Card. Ensure the image is legible and the details are clearly visible for accurate verification.
Step 3: Upload Required Documents
To verify your identity, uploading the front side of your PAN card is mandatory. In addition to the PAN card, you may optionally upload one of the following documents for enhanced verification: Aadhaar card, Driving License, Passport, or GST Certificate.
Step 4: Accept User Agreement
To proceed with and complete your KYC verification, please carefully review the Fship User Agreement. By accepting the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement, you acknowledge and consent to comply with Fship’s policies. This step is mandatory to activate your account and ensure a secure and compliant onboarding process.
Step 6: Recharge Your Account
Once your KYC is complete, click on “Recharge” to fund your account.
- Minimum recharge: ₹200
- Payment options: UPI, Cards, Net Banking, or Wallets
Avoid refreshing the page during the payment process. Once successful, your Fship wallet will be updated instantly.
Step 7: Create and Book Your First Order
From the dashboard:
- Click “Orders” on the side menu
- Select “Add Order” or upload orders in bulk
- Fill in the order details and click “Submit”
- Select the order and click “Book Now”
- Choose your courier partner and confirm by clicking “Book Now” again
Congratulations—your first shipment is now ready to go!
